About the role
The Sales Manager NSW is responsible for managing and expanding a defined NSW territory across metro and regional areas. The role combines hands‑on account management with proactive new business development, focusing on increasing market share, converting competitor business, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships. You’ll work closely with resellers, wholesalers, and workshops, and play a key role in supporting the company’s national wholesale growth strategy.

Duties
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of resellers, wholesalers, and workshops
  • Identify and convert new business across NSW
  • Execute competitor conversion and stock‑cleanse initiatives
  • Plan and manage metro and regional call cycles
  • Complete Client Meeting Reports after each visit
  • Sell wheel bearings, driveline and automotive products
  • Provide technical and commercial product support
  • Gather and report market and competitor insights
Skills and Experience
  • Automotive aftermarket B2B sales background
  • Success managing metro and regional territories
  • Strong account management and new business skillset
  • Disciplined planning, follow‑up and reporting capability
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder
  • Ability to work autonomously across the NSW territory
