About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and relationship-focused B2C Sales Specialist to join a well-established, rapidly growing organisation with over 300 locations across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

In this role, you’ll be selling a suite of award-winning, community-focused products that genuinely make a difference in people’s lives. You’ll take ownership of your territory, meeting directly with clients, building partnerships across your local community, and managing your own pipeline from prospect to close.

Working within a supportive, collaborative national team and reporting to senior leadership, this is an opportunity to combine empathy with commercial acumen — achieving meaningful results while helping people plan with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business – prospect, door-knock, network, and proactively generate leads through community engagement and partnerships.
  • Consult and guide – meet with clients to provide tailored advice and options that suit their individual needs.
  • Build partnerships – develop referral relationships with aged-care providers, financial planners, community organisations, and local businesses.
  • Own your pipeline – manage your own sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract completion and after-sales support.
  • Deliver results – achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs through proactive, relationship-driven sales activity.
  • Stay informed – keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regional market opportunities.
  • Represent the brand – attend local events, community gatherings, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ B2C sales experience in consumer-facing industries such as real estate, telco, insurance, home improvements, FMCG, or similar
  • Proven record in lead generation and closing new business
  • A consultative, empathetic communication style – able to guide clients through sensitive or complex decisions
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience, comfortable working autonomously in the field and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong administrative and CRM skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Full driver’s license required
