The successful candidate will join one of Australia's most well respected Retail and Media companies. You will be given the opportunity to support various internal stakeholders across the Marketing and Production team as well as manage varying external agencies and suppliers | ASAP Start.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage external suppliers and agencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs and deliverables for key global projects and products
- Working with clients and agencies, briefing and following up, working on various artworks for media channels.
- General administrative duties.
Skills & Experience
- Be comfortable taking briefs from a variety of stakeholders across a number of different departments (sales team, marketing team, onboarding team, strategy and tender teams)
- Experiencing managing external agencies
- Background in Media or Retail is preferable but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills essential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, and can respond quickly to urgent requirements (comfortable prioritising in a fast-paced environment).
