Overview of key responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller and working as part of a supportive team, your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following:

• Match invoices with purchase orders and processing a high volume of invoices
• Statement reconciliations 
• Process supplier payments within supplier trading terms
• Reconcile the accounts payable control account in the general ledger to the sub-ledger each month
• Reporting duties, and assist with audit requirements & cash flow forecasting
• Provide high level customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
• Other ad hoc duties to support & enhance the finance function and team

• Extensive experience within a similar Accounts Payable role
• Impeccable communication skills
• Ability to confidently work autonomously as well as collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work proficiently in a high volume environment
• Self-motivated, positive and supportive team member
• Reliable, flexible and adaptable to change
