About the role:
An opportunity exists for an accounts recievable officer to join a dynamic fashion retail business on a contract basis . Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be managing customer accounts, reconciling accounts and completing full function Accounts Receivable duties as well as documenting accounts recievable processes. This role is a standalone AR role. Hybrid working arrangements are available (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)
The responsibilities:
- End to end accounts recievable for the ANZ and UK entities
- Manage medium to large sized account reconciliations.
- Resolving account inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Make payment allocations and collections of overdue accounts.
- Documenting the accounts recievable processes
- Work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Assisting in credit projects when required.
- Help improve the level of DSO.
- Have 5+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with AP21 is highly desirable
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Have experience with claims & accruals
- Good organisational skills.
- Be professional and ethical.
- Desirably had previous experience in similar in wholesale distribution or retail industry.
