The responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, and working side-by-side in collaboration, your responsibilities will include but not be limited too:
  • Manage large customer ledger - high dollar value 
  • Credit assessments
  • Banking, Allocation & Receipting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Customer service, investigations and dispute resolution
  • Following up on outstanding debt
  • Managing month-end AR close-off process and producing monthly aged debtor reports
  • Stakeholder management
  • Supporting the wider Finance team when required

The successful applicant will have

  • At least 5-years experience within the Credit and Accounts Receivable space, with strong end-to-end experience
  • Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal) for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using an ERP software system
  • High level time management skills, keen eye for detail & the ability to meet deadlines
  • Personable & resilient nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
