About the Role
As the Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, insightful financial analysis that enables strategic decision-making across the Australian & New Zealand business. This role is equal parts traditional FP&A and commercial business partnering with non-finance divisions, acting as a central point for reporting, consolidations and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Partner with operational stakeholders to provide commercial insights and performance analysis
- Deliver monthly management reporting, board packs, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyse key drivers of revenue, margins, and costs to identify risks and opportunities
- Support business cases, investment analysis, and scenario modelling

You will bring:
- CPA (or equivalent) qualification
- Experience in an FP&A or commercial finance focused role
- Experience in retail/ FMCG or a similarly fast-paced industry (highly advantageous)
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to challenge assumptions effectively
- Proven experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders
- Immediately Available or Short Notice period advantageous
