The Role | Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function/team to proactively generate market and business insights for consideration
- Develop sensitivity modelling and scenario planning to inform business planning and growth decisions
- Lead the governance and development of efficient financial models/BI reporting templates for effective business use to support strategic initiatives
- Partnering with the Commercial Finance, Business Development and Executive Leadership Teams on modelling and evaluating business opportunities
- Regular analysis of business performance and pricing, identifying trends and opportunities for operational stakeholders to consider
- Drive efficiencies in our systems and processes, exploring initiatives to eliminate manual or redundant tasks
- Able to engage with a range of stakeholders and effectively communicate and present commercial insights and drive outcomes
- Challenge the status quo, looking for better ways to do what we do and identify new opportunities for business consideration.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, postgraduate studies a bonus
- Proven ability to interrogate financial and operational information to make commercial assessments of business opportunities
- Advanced modelling and report writing experience with Power BI and Excel
- Confidence to deal with and provide engaging presentations to a range of stakeholders
- $130,000 + Superannuation
- Flexible working arrangement (2 - 3 days in the office per week)
