This role suits someone who has a basic understanding of Java-based applications and web-based applications. A person who is comfortable in a client-facing role and on-going client support.
What You’ll Do
- Implement, configure, and support the in-house ERP system across diverse client environments.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, and present relevant solutions.
- Ensure the seamless integration and performance of business systems.
- Contribute to solution design, testing, documentation, and training.
- Travel locally and internationally to support project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in Application Analysis/ Consulting in Mining or Oil and Gas.
- Strong ERP implementation and client support background with a popular ERP (i.e. Pronto)
- Some understanding of Java-based applications and web applications.
- Proven experience in external stakeholder engagement.
- A self-learner with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who enjoys technical challenges and delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
