About the role:
This particular practice group are after a Senior Associate who has experience across insurance, representing the defendant. You will be reporting to and working closely with a highly regarded Partner, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience and grow your career.
About you:
You are interested in being a part of a national team, wanting to continue to develop your insurance experience.
Some of the skills and experience you need to help you succeed in this role are:
- You hold a current practicing certificate for New South Wales
- You bring 5+ years PAE working principally in insurance and litigation
- Experience and exposure to recovery claims is highly desirable
- Experience and exposure to Construction Insurance is highly desirable
- Exposure to commercial property matters is desired but not essential
- You are self-driven, have excellent verbal and written communication, and time management skills
- You can manage competing priorities effectively
- You can demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, particular the ability to earn the confidence and trust of key stakeholders
- You pride yourself on being a team player who is professional, client focused and supportive of your colleagues
