The Role
As Senior Brand Manager, you will be the strategic custodian of a major brand with strong equity and national visibility. You’ll lead the full marketing mix, from brand strategy and insight‑led planning to product innovation and integrated campaign delivery.
You will:
- Own the brand strategy, positioning, and annual planning process
- Lead end‑to‑end brand initiatives, including ATL/BTL campaigns, category plans, and NPD
- Turn market insights and data into commercially sound decisions
- Partner with Sales, Category, R&D, and external agencies to deliver best‑in‑class execution
- Manage and mentor up‑and‑coming talent within the marketing team
- Drive P&L responsibility, budget management, and performance analysis
You’re a proven FMCG marketer with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building brands that consumers love. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
