About the Role

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for high‑value commercial accounts—managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue outcomes across diverse project environments.

This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role requiring regular client visits, product demonstrations, and end‑to‑end account management. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing the B2B customer base across multiple industries, building strong commercial partnerships and representing a portfolio of trusted global brands. Duties
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships across a key national account portfolio
  • Conduct regular on‑site visits to present products, take orders, and uncover new commercial opportunities
  • Schedule and attend meetings with new and prospective buyers across targeted sectors
  • Act as the central liaison for delivery, credit, warranty, and quality‑related enquiries
  • Build a deep understanding of company and competitor products, including technical features and applications
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to commercial customers and project stakeholders
  • Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and contract documentation while supporting negotiation processes
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide monthly performance reporting to senior management
  • Support sales forecasting and contribute to business development planning
  • Represent the business at trade shows, industry expos, conferences, and internal promotional events
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, inventory, finance, and marketing teams to meet customer needs
Skills & Experience
  • Ideally 3–5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience in electrical appliances, commercial fit‑outs, construction, or related industries is highly regarded
  • Proven ability to build long‑term commercial relationships and secure repeat business
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting technical products
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and travel schedules
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • A valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
