About the role
A great opportunity has arisen in this multinational FMCG organisation for a career motivated, energetic, intelligent and creative problem solver who is passionate about business partnering, analysis & insight to use their passion ad skills to support the business deliver sustainable profitable growth.
  
Duties  

• Business partner with the sales team to prepare monthly rolling forecasts and perform regular sales variance analysis as well as market share analysis.
• Support the development of the three-year strategic plans and annual budget.
• Partner with the business on pricing and trading terms strategy, price changes and submissions with major customers
• Financial modelling for strategically important business cases and customer deals
• High level of involvement in ad-hoc projects, strategy sessions, planning sessions and business support projects across all areas of the business.

  
Skills and Experience

• Experienced and ability to partnering with various stakeholders and departments in an organisation.
• 5+ years relevant experience within Commerce & Industry
• CA or CPA qualified
• Experience within FMCG or aligned industries is essential
• High level of commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to Advanced excel skills is a pre requisite and experience using BI tools is advantageous.
• SAP experience is highly desirable
• Experience using Aztec/IRI is advantageous
