Reporting through to the Head of Global Commercial Finance with a strong dotted line structure through to the GM, you will be principally responsible for:

• Partnering with the General Manager (Exec) and the senior sales team within the region to appraise decisions, ensure initiatives are on track and support the team in executing their plans
• Working with central finance functions, the Commercial Director & functional heads of the region to co-ordinate and build the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) P&L
• Providing financial commentary and variance reports as required and communicating to the leadership team
• Developing process improvements utilising internal systems, leveraging the central team to implement consistent global processes locally, and drive process efficiency.

CA/CPA qualified, you ideally will have gained commercial finance experience as an Analyst or Management Accountant within a retail, FMCG or consumer goods organisation. You will have an in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated commercial awareness. You will possess exceptional communication skills as your ability to interact, engage and influence stakeholders across the business will be crucial to your success.
