About the Role
A commercial finance role partnering with the business to drive insight across profitability, costs and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of distribution P&Ls, including monthly reporting, commentary, variance analysis and divisional performance insights
  • Preparation and consolidation of budgets and forecasts 
  • Management of freight allocations, warehouse charges and key cost drivers, including accruals and process improvement initiatives
  • Oversight of inventory provisions, obsolescence and scrap processes, ensuring reconciliation between operational systems and the general ledger
  • Preparation and analysis of sales, margin and customer profitability reporting, including analysis and corrective actions
  • Management of complex allocations, recharges and journals
  • Development and maintenance of KPIs and performance reporting
  • Preparation of payroll, marketing spend and profitability reports to support commercial decision-making
  • Acting as a trusted business partner to sales, operations and senior leadership on ad-hoc analysis, audits and strategic projects
Ideal Candidate
The role suits a Management Accountant or Analyst who enjoys complexity, thrives on stakeholder engagement and wants exposure to an ASX-listed environment with breadth and visibility.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Management Accounting, Commercial Analyst or similar role
  • Commercial mindset with proven business partnering capability across non-finance stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large ERP
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution or similar industry highly regarded
  • CA or CPA qualified preferred
