About the Role 
Joining a reputable ASX-listed organisation, the Senior Commercial Analyst will be integral in assessing ROI and producing business cases for strategic M&A activities, within an enterprise FMCG group. As part of a newly established team, this role will work with the Senior Commercial Manager to assess divestments and be immersed in large scale and highly visible transformation projects! This position will provide access to varied stakeholders / partners within a renowned business, partnered with a lucrative salary package and bonus!

The successful Senior Commercial Analyst will be responsible for the following:
  • Work with varied business groups across the enterprise business to perform ROI analysis and performance investment analysis.
  • Drive the budget process with partners on business performance.
  • Assess and produce business cases across transformation projects, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and potential divestments with  performance tracking.
  • Produce scenario based modelling and articulate analysis, insights and recommendations to stakeholders in layman’s terms.
  • Manage key relationships with stakeholders to ensure that the balance between financial, operational, and strategic goals are all met.
The successful applicant should hold the following skills and expertise: 
You will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling cross functional engagement with key stakeholders to drive business performance. This position will require proven skills in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and transformation projects. It is important in this role that the new team member be able to deliver the investment case for partnerships and explore / drive new partnerships across the business. 

This role is ideal for someone who can influence leaders, producing strong strategic and financial outcomes.
