I’m currently partnering with a growing industry leader in the FMCG sector that’s looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Analyst with a strong background in Power BI reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in turning raw data into meaningful business insights and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
  • Translate complex data sets into clear visual insights to support sales, operations, and finance functions
  • Conduct commercial analysis to identify revenue opportunities, cost efficiencies, and business trends
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and develop scalable solutions
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies with data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs and provide variance analysis on business performance
 Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a Commercial Analyst or FP&A Analyst role
  • Strong skills in Power BI – data modelling, Power Query, and visual storytelling
  • Confident Excel user and comfortable working with large data sets
  • Someone who can see both the detail and the big picture – analytical, curious, and commercially minded
