The Opportunity
This role will have the opportunity to support all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control. Reporting to the Credit Manager, this is a hands-on role working closely with partners, senior stakeholders and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing firm-wide collections
- Liaising regularly with partners and executive assistants
- Preparing monthly debtor reconciliations
- Help lead and train the team
- Processing credit notes
- Reconciling client accounts and reviewing new client approvals
- Preparing and issuing monthly statements
- Managing the shared team inbox
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar credit control role, ideally within professional services
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with 3E or Aderant an advantage
