About the Role

Reporting to the GM of Marketing and Online, this is an Amazing role where you can truly shape and bring their entire CRM, Loyalty and Lifecycle program to the next level by creating an amazing CX. Your objective; use your curiosity, skill and experience to bring to life a new and enhanced CX journey for new and existing loyal customers. You will work across end to end Customer Experience & Journeys, Social Strategies, CRM and Loyalty programs. You will target and segment key customer groups to grow their value and market share. As this is a leadership position, you will also lead, develop and nurture a small team of CRM Specialist x2 and a Marketing Coordinator too

  • Develop and improve the CRM and Lifecycle strategy and execution for key customer segments, 
  • Define CRM objectives and roadmap to deliver the CRM, loyalty, Rewards and Lifecycle strategies in line with key marketing and business objectives
  • Lead, develop and nurture a small team as their success is your success
  • Analyse data and customer activity maximising commercial opportunities and highlight key areas for review, analysis and improvements (trigger campaigns and use best practice methodology)
  • Prepare regular reports in order to assess performance against business goals - you are obsessed with continuous improvement with a test and learn methodology tweaking campaigns as required

Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
  • 10 years experience in a similar commercially focused CRM/Loyalty/Rewards/Data Driven Marketing role with strong B2C is highly desirable but open to other sectors such as retail/airline/telco/media/entertainment/B2C product welcomed but if you are a Senior Loyalty obsessed marketer, we want to hear from you regardless of your background
