The Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Finance Manager to lead their Melbourne based team of four, whilst also providing finance business partnering support to the business. The responsibilities for the role will include the following areas.

• Develop and manage the finance team
• Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenue
• Facilitate the budget and forecast activities 
• Oversee acquisitions and assist in the preparation of settlement statements
• Produce periodic reporting for the company
• Review and approve all Balance sheet reconciliations
• Develop and manage the finance team
• Foster a business partnering mindset within the Finance Team
• Drive cost efficiencies and best financial practice
• Identify and lead processes improvement initiatives
• Lead the preparation of financial information for year-end audits
• Ensure Statutory and Tax obligations are met
• Ad hoc analysis, reporting and projects as required
