This is a pivotal leadership role sitting within a high-performing finance team, partnering closely with operational leaders to support performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.
You will act as a trusted commercial advisor, providing financial insight, guidance and leadership to support business outcomes and ongoing transformation across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a capable finance team, fostering a high-performance and safety-focused culture
- Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making
- Support financial performance through delivery of accurate reporting, analysis and commentary
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, ensuring alignment to business priorities
- Provide financial input into key business initiatives, strategic projects, investment decisions and M&A activities
- Collaborate across finance to ensure consistent processes, strong governance and effective support to the business
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, processes and financial outcomes across operations
- Experience in a Senior Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance role within manufacturing, industrial or operational environments
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful insights
- The confidence to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- A salary of up to $180,000 + super
