Role:
This is a pivotal role leading the finance function, where you’ll be responsible for financial operations, compliance, and strategic decision support. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll provide insights that shape business performance, while ensuring a robust financial framework underpins ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to support operations.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, driving capability and collaboration.
- Partner with executives and department heads to provide commercial insights.
- Drive process and systems improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.
- Strong technical grounding with proven leadership capability.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
- A commercial thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
