The Role 

My client is looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Manager (Project focused) on a contracting basis to assist the Corporate Finance team with a number of key finance projects that are currently being undertaken.

Reporting to the CFO, this person will play a crucial role in a number of aspects including but limited to:
  • The overall development, deployment and maintenance of Finance projects including implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Project manage the implementation of a new ERP system across the business
  • Assisting with the year-end audit process
  • Assist with the Group financial budgeting process
  • Ensure all work is delivered on a timely manner and with agreed delegations
  • Developing and implementing new financial policies, procedures and processes.
  • Provide business decision support to key stakeholders across the business 
The Candidate 
CPA or CA qualified,  you will ideally have a significant number of years experience as a senior finance professional with a proven track record with project work be it with a transformation or change management focus. Exposure to an ERP implementation and the ability to project manage the effects on the ERP system as a result of significant structural and reporting changes across the group will be highly beneficial. You have proven leadership experience and the desire to succeed and willingness to partner with a strong team of internal and external stakeholders to support the growth agenda of the company. This role will demand a strong process improvement mindset.
