Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
  
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support the evaluation of M&A opportunities.
  • Develop project finance models and bankable evidence to assist in securing equity and debt funding for sustainable infrastructure projects.
  • Industry research, including market, financial, and operational analysis.
  • Support investor due diligence and investor relations.
  • Support the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for the executive team and potential investors.
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct research to inform commercial and corporate development.
  • Manage data rooms and ensure accurate and timely provision of information to stakeholders during M&A transactions.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and structuring deals to maximize value and minimise risk.
  
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g. CFA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure M&A, with a focus on project finance and financial modelling.
  • Proven track record in developing complex financial models and conducting financial analysis.
  • Preference for knowledge in relevant fields such as petrochemicals, renewables, recycling.
  • Passion for sustainability and ESG.
