About the Role
An exciting immediate start opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Analyst to join this multinational industry-leading organisation. Working closely with the Head of FP&A; this role will be responsible for providing support on a potential upcoming transation. This role will initially commence as a short-term 6-8 week role however has the genuine opportunity for extension. This role is suitable for working-holiday VISA holders.
Duties
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Development of financial models
- Analysis of potential acquisition(s)
- Risk assessment
- Post Acquisition Due Diligence work
- Preparation and presentation of materials and papers
- Ownership of operational budgets
- Review of operational performance reporting and analysis
- Business partnering with the wider business to ensure productivity
Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success.
You will possess a Big-4 background and ideally; have an M&A / Due Diligence background or at the very least, have had exposure previously.
