About the Role
This senior finance leadership role oversees statutory reporting, group consolidation, and financial governance across a complex organisation. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading preparation of Group statutory financial statements and regulatory reporting.
  • Overseeing month-end close, consolidations, balance sheet, cashflow, and capex reporting.
  • Driving ERP financial reporting and fixed asset workstreams, from design to post-go-live support.
  • Strengthening financial controls, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.
  • Leading process improvements and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and IFRS standards.
  • Mentoring a small team of finance specialists and providing guidance across the business.
The Successful Candidate
We’re looking for a seasoned accounting leader with:
  • CA/CPA qualification and a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Business.
  • Experience in a Big 4 or Mid tier Accounting firm
  • Significant experience in statutory reporting and group consolidations.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, compliance frameworks, and ERP implementations (Oracle preferred).
  • Experience with audits, Board reporting, and financial controls.
  • Leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, can manage ambiguity, and are passionate about continuous improvement.
