We’re looking for a skilled and driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to take ownership of both the functional and technical delivery of the Business Central platform. This is an influential, organisation-wide, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a supportive and welcoming culture.

You’ll work closely with various business verticals, manage integrations, and act as a trusted advisor and mentor within the broader IT team. You’ll also provide strategic input into application design, technical governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end Business Central delivery: discovery, design, development, testing & deployment
• Building extensions, managing integrations & contributing to broader enterprise architecture
• Act as the platform SME, driving continuous improvement, mentoring peers, and engaging key stakeholders

Skills and experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (functional & technical)
• Strong skills in solution design, configuration, AL development, and third-party integrations
• Agile delivery experience, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement capability
