Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage the Creative Hub Team
- Design and implement point of sale material, producing in-store graphics
- Design and implement graphics for brand development, including logo design and corporate identity
- Design and implement graphics for products, including the design of graphic prints
- Design and implement website updates, including uploading and refreshing images and graphics on the website
- Design & develop marketing campaigns, including designing and building layouts for EDM and social
- Interpreting buyers needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas
- Working on a wide range of media
- Managing Workflow, cross checking briefs and worked produced by the other Designers before sign-off process.
- Experience managing a team essential
- Strong digital design experience of web graphics, logos and corporate identity, product graphics
- Experience within a retail business (preferred)
- Understanding and interpretation of brand identity
- Experience in creation of marketing campaigns
- Ability to work to a brief and execute successfully
- Experience working with eDM platforms
- Ability to create print-ready files
- Experience creating digital marketing assets for all channels including in-store, social, website
- Experience in digital signage platforms/uploads
