We are seeking a driven Senior HR Advisor, you will consult with the Executive team, and be responsible for the creation and development of the HR function of this dynamic and growing organisation.
- Provide direction and be responsible for the creation and development of a robust and ‘best practice’ HR record system
- Develop and assist in the implementation of policies, procedures and systems to achieve HR objectives
- Provide advice, coaching and support to business leaders with regards to employee relation matters including performance management and disciplinary action
- Facilitate relevant training and development activities
- Assist in conducting workplace investigations in accordance with the businesses policies and procedures
- Administer and prepare employee contracts and relevant paperwork
- Provide detailed reports on the update of HR matters to relevant business leaders
- Assist business leaders in the development and implementation of strategies that encourage and promote employee engagement and a high performing culture.
- Previous experience in a HR Generalist position
- Tertiary qualification in HR Management or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience working on various HR projects that involve implementing processes and procedures across a business
- Strong communication skills and experience guiding line managers through HR matters
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team
- Ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes with a broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to deliver multiple outcomes within tight time frames and manage different priorities
