Reporting into the Head of HR, this role provides support to all employees and leaders in the Support Office. You will be responsible for the delivery of the activities that support the People and Culture People Plan including engagement, talent, performance management, employee relations.
Responsible for the corporate business function your key responsibilities are:
- Build strong partnerships and provide counsel, advice and coaching to people leaders to enhance the performance and capability of their teams, from team leader through to C-suite
- Understand the operational context of the Support Office teams
- Be able to develop insights in relation to people and business issues, by offering innovative, integrated people solutions to
business problems
- Supporting deployment of enterprise people initiatives
Shared Accountability- Participate as member of People and Culture leadership team
- Partner with leadership teams to build employee engagement through analysis of the employee engagement results.
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement action plans and initiatives, as well as supporting leaders to monitor progress against the plan and to communicate the outcomes
- Provide leaders with advice, support and coaching in their management of employee performance issues, including; providing advice, and leading informal performance management and formal performance management processes.
You will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in developing impactful People strategies and HR operating plans.
- Expertise in identifying and managing people risks and compliance with applicable legislation.
- Strong program management experience at an enterprise or functional level.
- Strategic mindset with HR transformational experience.
