If you are an experienced Industrial Relations professional that is on the lookout for a challenging opportunity on a contractual basis then this is a role you will need to consider. In this role you will be involved in:

• Developing tactical bargaining plans
• End-to-end enterprise bargaining
• Union management in accordance with the FW Act provisions
• Agreement drafting in accordance with the entities guidelines & principles
• BOOT assessment
• Filing FWC documents and submissions in support of the application
• Employee communications 
• Internal stakeholder management (at all levels of the business)
• Reporting

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced IR professional with strong bargaining experience and you will ideally be able to start at relatively short notice for a period of 12 months. There is also a distinct possibility that this role will move to permanent at the conclusion of the 12 months.
