The Role
As a Senior Insights & Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming data into strategic insights. Reporting to the Head of Performance & Analytics, you’ll advise senior leadership on performance, funding models, and benchmarking to drive real-world outcomes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Health Roundtable (HRT) reporting strategy and integration.
- Analyse funding and costing data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
- Educate stakeholders on activity-based funding and cost modelling.
- Collaborate with senior executives, clinicians, and finance partners.
- Support key initiatives in performance improvement and strategic planning.
You’re a skilled analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and healthcare. You bring:
- A qualification in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or IT.
- Deep knowledge of activity-based funding, benchmarking, and clinical costing.
- Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities is welcome.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence presenting to senior leaders.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for healthcare impact.
