Reporting into the Manager of the specialised division who has a wealth of experience in this industry. The IT Resourcer will assist the team in all aspects of candidate management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, qualifying and screening candidates to evaluate suitability for a position
- Sourcing candidates via digital channels, social media, and database searches
- Developing networks and talent pools
- Candidate and contractor management
- Ensuring candidates are kept informed of their progress or given appropriate feedback throughout the process
- Keeping up to date with industry market developments and executive movements
- Interview and assess general candidates to establish future suitability

Sharp & Carter are seeking an experienced recruiter with 2-5 years’ experience in the IT industry. You must be self-motivated, dynamic, driven and have a strong work ethic. You will have excellent communication skills and an interest in a career in recruitment.
