About the Role:
Due to an influx of work the firm have a requirement for an experienced Dispute Resolution lawyer to join their practice. Working alongside a couple of highly regarded partners you will advise across:
- Contractual disputes
- Misleading and deceptive conduct
- Professional Indemnity
- Shareholder Disputes
- IP Disputes
- Property Disputes
- Trust Disputes
- Some Insolvency matters
You will be admitted to practice in NSW and have at least 6 years of Dispute Resolution experience. In addition you will have excellent drafting, negotiating, client facing and leadership skills.
