About the Opportunity:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Lawyer to join a high-performing team and play a key role in advising on complex and varied property transactions. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of work and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and clients on strategic matters.
The Role:
You will work across a diverse range of property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, property development, joint ventures, leasing and general commercial property advisory. The role will involve managing transactions end-to-end, providing strategic advice to clients and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and development assets
- Supporting property development projects, including structuring and agreements
- Drafting and negotiating a range of property and related commercial agreements
- Advising on joint venture arrangements and investment structures
- Managing leasing matters across commercial and retail portfolios
- Working closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused advice
You are a technically strong property lawyer with the ability to operate confidently in a client-facing environment.
Key requirements include:
- Approximately 5+ years’ PQE in property law
- Strong experience across property transactions, development and leasing
- Commercially minded with the ability to provide pragmatic advice
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent stakeholder and client management capability
- A proactive and collaborative approach
