About the Role
Reporting into an international leadership team, this senior role is responsible for developing and executing a scalable commercial fleet operations and customer strategy.
The position will have a global scope, with responsibility to embed proven solutions and processes. You will work cross-functionally with service, sales, marketing and operational teams, as well as external service networks, to ensure fleet customers experience seamless, reliable vehicle operations.
This role is based in an inner-city Melbourne office with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial fleet operations with accountability for uptime performance and issue resolution
- Develop and implement a clear, data-driven fleet operations and uptime strategy
- Identify customer pain points and operational inefficiencies through detailed analysis
- Drive prioritisation, approval, and rollout of strategic initiatives across multiple markets
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external service networks to deliver solutions
- Define performance metrics and continuously optimise operational outcomes
- Demonstrative experience in fleet operations, commercial vehicle services, automotive, logistics, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of commercial fleet environments and uptime-driven business models
- Proven experience leading complex operational or commercial initiatives
- Comfortable operating in matrixed, multi-market environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
