Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to step into a senior role with genuine impact?
I'm partnering with a rapidly growing, national NDIS provider that has built a reputation for its innovative, multidisciplinary approach and focus on neurodiversity and developmental care specialising in supporting paediatric and adolescent clients.

You'll be joining a collaborative, highly skilled team of psychologists, speech pathologists, paediatricians and psychiatrists who are passionate about driving meaningful change for their clients.

The Opportunity
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of OTs, providing clinical supervision and support as the organisation expands.
  • Deliver 5 clinical hours per day, supporting children and adolescents through therapy, intervention, and school-based assessments (fortnightly or monthly).
  • Work alongside senior clinicians across disciplines to deliver truly integrated, client-centred care.

What's on Offer
  • $120,000 + super & up to $1,000 PD allowance
  • Full-time, flexible work arrangements with a strong focus on work-life balance
  • Genuine leadership pathway - guide junior OTs and shape clinical standards as the team grows
  • National organisation with strong infrastructure, admin support, and access to professional development
  • Collaborative culture with a shared purpose: delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that changes lives

What You'll Bring
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, ideally with exposure to paediatric or NDIS settings but more junior applicants with strong background in these areas may be considered
  • Confidence in mentoring or supervising junior clinicians
