Are you a Microsoft-focused Developer ready to step into leadership?
This is an opportunity to move beyond pure development and take ownership of a Microsoft-centric systems environment within a growing organisation based in North Brisbane.
You will play a key role across Power Platform, D365 and Azure-based systems, while leading a small team and providing technical oversight across the business.
The Role
This position is a 50/50 split between hands-on technical capability and emerging leadership responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and enhancing Power Apps and D365 environments
- Working across Azure and Logic Apps integrations
- Providing technical oversight of system enhancements and projects
- Managing escalated system-related tickets
- Overseeing external development vendors
- Lead two direct reports
- Support digital transformation initiatives
We are looking for someone with:
- 3-5+ years' experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong Power Apps and Dynamics 365 capability
- Exposure to Azure and Logic Apps
- Understanding of system architecture and integrations
- Experience mentoring or leading others (formal or informal)
- Ability to engage with vendors and external developers
- A desire to grow into a broader leadership role
This role is not suited to graduates or highly senior architects seeking executive-level remuneration. It is ideal for someone ready for their first structured leadership position.
