This is a hands-on technical role focused on system troubleshooting, integrations, data migration, and platform reliability. You’ll be the escalation point for complex issues and play a critical role in ensuring performance, accuracy, and uptime across production environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting enterprise ERP or financial systems
- Strong SQL skills (Advantage, FoxPro, Sybase, Postgres or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Java web applications and Tomcat
- Solid understanding of SSL certificates, HTTPS, and keystore management
- Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Batch)
- Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capability
- Experience with integrations and data migration projects
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex ERP and BI support issues
- Diagnose and resolve application issues across Java/Tomcat, SQL, Advantage DB/FoxPro, and system workflows
- Troubleshoot Tomcat deployments, SSL/HTTPS configuration, certificates, keystores, and web services
- Investigate and resolve database locking, schema inconsistencies, and data integrity issues
- Write and maintain scripts (Python, PowerShell, Batch) to automate FX imports, encryption, and system operations
- Manage and support integrations with third-party systems (FX services, BI tools, financial platforms)
- Execute complex data migrations across multi-company and multi-currency environments
- Validate trial balances, FX conversions, and auditability of migrated data
- Improve system logging, monitoring, and diagnostic tooling
- Support Power BI and ERP reporting from a technical and data accuracy perspective
