About this Role:
- Oversee a number of small works projects, ranging from $20k - $1m
- Primary focus on delivery of education projects
- Other markets include commercial and health sectors
- Ensure Projects are executed in a timely manner
- Key point of contact across clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Offer logical problem solving solutions
- Retain and grow key clients with ambitions to branch into new markets
Your Background:
- Exposure running a number of small works projects concurrently
- Extremely organised and efficient
- Understanding and experience of project delivery from quotation, building permits through to project completion and hand over
- Ability to complete projects within short time frames and drive urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Focus on client satisfaction and developing ongoing relationships
