Partnering closely with the SLT you’ll play a key role in driving data-led investment and development decisions. You will be responsible for providing critical financial and strategic analysis to support property acquisitions, developments, and asset management decisions. This role will suit someone who enjoys diving into data, building detailed financial models, and influencing key business outcomes through strategic insights.
The Role
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, feasibility studies, and scenario analysis for new and existing property assets.
- Evaluate development opportunities, acquisitions, and divestments, including preparing investment proposals and board papers.
- Analyse market trends, rental performance, and portfolio returns to identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders - development, finance, and operations - to ensure commercial alignment on major projects.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external investors.
- Drive continuous improvement in the use of analytical tools and reporting systems
- CA/CPA qualified
- 4–6 years’ experience in a property analytics role (preferably within commercial, industrial, or mixed-use sectors)
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
