The Role

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ticketing system, prioritise, and record IT inquiries.
- Deliver primary and secondary support for Windows and mobile device technology.
- Oversee the management of IT equipment.
- Distribute, set up, and replace hardware as necessary.
- Inform and update staff regarding IT deployments, problems, and security measures.
- Rotate, document, and securely store backup tapes.
- Develop and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external vendors.
- Drive continuous service enhancement through proactive measures or suggestions.
- Proficient in first and second-tier IT support, particularly within Windows environments.
- Experienced with AD, o365, and Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
