About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, first-level support role where you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure across their Agribusiness and Food operations. From corporate offices to remote cattle and manufacturing locations, you’ll ensure seamless support and consistent IT service delivery across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity & IT Systems
  • Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT and cyber security systems.
  • Support the implementation of system upgrades and changes in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor, implement, and support connectivity and technology across our clients facilities and stations.
  • Participate in incident response processes and escalate system/security issues appropriately.
Business Systems & Processes
  • Deliver first-line IT support for Agribusiness systems and provide backup support for Food systems.
  • Perform user administration tasks including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support key business tools such as SharePoint and Teams meeting rooms.
User & Remote Support
  • Resolve user issues efficiently, ensuring a high standard of IT support across the business.
  • Visit our cleints locations regularly to provide on-site network/system support and user training.
  • Assist the IT Support Analyst (Foods) in supporting IT systems in our manufacturing facilities.
Documentation
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, systems, and configurations.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Networking.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travelling to remote locations is required, a driving license is compulsory for this position.
