We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Service & Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers and provide vital support to our operations team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating bookings, scheduling technicians, and ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional service.

About the Role
You’ll be the link between customers, technicians, and internal teams - keeping communication clear and operations on track.

Day-to-day, you’ll:
  • Answer customer calls and emails, assisting with bookings and service enquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate technicians for daily jobs
  • Accurately enter and update job details in the scheduling system
  • Manage communication with customers, providing updates and follow-ups
  • Support with office administration including invoicing, reporting, and parts ordering
  • Track job progress and help resolve scheduling or timing issues
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who’s organised, personable, and thrives in a busy, team-based environment. You’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service (trade or technical industry experience a bonus)
  • Strong phone manner and clear communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems or Xero highly regarded
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused attitude
  • A positive team player who takes pride in providing great service
