We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Service & Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers and provide vital support to our operations team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating bookings, scheduling technicians, and ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional service.
About the Role
You’ll be the link between customers, technicians, and internal teams - keeping communication clear and operations on track.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Answer customer calls and emails, assisting with bookings and service enquiries
- Schedule and coordinate technicians for daily jobs
- Accurately enter and update job details in the scheduling system
- Manage communication with customers, providing updates and follow-ups
- Support with office administration including invoicing, reporting, and parts ordering
- Track job progress and help resolve scheduling or timing issues
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service (trade or technical industry experience a bonus)
- Strong phone manner and clear communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems or Xero highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Stable full-time hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm
