Our client is a reputable national business who is searching for an experienced Shared Services Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within this supportive and positive workplace, this role will be suited to someone who is searching for their next leadership position and possesses management experience of Accounts Payable & Receivable teams.  
 
The Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Head of Finance, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:  
  • Lead the transactional accounting functions of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rebates and Claims
  • Management of automated invoice processing and payments
  • Credit management, collections and reporting 
  • Management of Accounts Receivables Processing and processing refunds/claims.
  • Month-end reporting and staff reviews
  • Providing mentorship, coaching and support to team members
  • Initiate process improvement/ automation
  • Other ad hoc tasks as they arise
  
The successful applicant will have:
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing shared services teams
  • Strong experience within automated transactional environments
  • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and finance staff
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach
  • Natural born leader, excellent communicator and proven process & change improvement and transformation
