To support the growing operations, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced SHEQ Systems Lead to join the team.
Position Overview:
The SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Systems Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the SHEQ management systems. This role is critical in ensuring that the operations comply with industry standards and regulations, while continuously improving our processes to enhance safety, quality, and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement SHEQ Systems:
- Design and implement SHEQ management systems in line with ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000).
- Ensure compliance with relevant local, national, and international regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance safety, health, environmental, and quality performance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to SHEQ standards.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track SHEQ performance and identify trends.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
- Represent the company in SHEQ-related matters with regulatory authorities, customers, and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SHEQ role within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SHEQ management systems and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).
- Proven experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
