This group are a well known Tier 3 builder that predominately deliver school, government and age care projects up to $40 mil. They have recently won a $15 mil community centre project in the outer western suburbs and need a Site Manager. 

Reporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the program, all onsite construction activity, logistics and traffic management, OH&S and QA management and resolve design and construction issues.

You will ideally have delivered new build commercial projects and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders onsite. You must have strong written and communication skills and be able to report back to the Project Manager and Construction Manager where the project is at.
