This group have been delivering new build commercial and apartment projects for over ten years. They currently have eight live projects and the majority of their work is negotiated. They are about to start a $12 mil new build commercial office project and need a Site Manager to manage the project. 

Reporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for

• Management of the construction program. 
• Supervision of all site work by sub-contractors. 
• OH&S and QA management. 
• Resolve design and construction issues that arise onsite.

The successful candidate will ideally have worked on new build commercial/apartment projects and have had tower crane and basement experience. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to deliver a quality and safe project. This company have excellent staff retention and long lasting sub-contractor relationships.
