About the Group
This group specialise in apartment and new build commercial projects up to $20 mil. They deliver a diverse range of projects and have recently won a new build $10 mil commercial project in Frankston that will run for over 12 months. 

About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing onsite activity, program management and ensuring all deadlines are achieved, QA and OH&S management and working closely with the Project Manager to resolve design/buildability issues. 

About You
To be considered for this position you will ideally have worked on new build projects. You will have demonstrated experience delivering projects from out of the ground to completion. It is essential you have excellent communication skills and can manage trades, consultants and the client.
