Our client specialises in predominately age care and retirement projects up to $15 mil. They have developed strong relationships with age care groups and win repeat work with three major clients in this space. They are looking for a Site Manager that can be across 2-3 projects at a time and be able to successfully work in a live environment. 

Reporting to a Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing onsite activity, executing construction programs, OH&S management onsite, resolving construction/design issues, QA management and client management.

To be considered for the role you will ideally been a head site manager and delivered new build and fit-out/refurb projects in the commercial space. It is essential that you have strong client management skills and be able to successfully deliver projects in a live environment.
